A new ground-up 30,000sf 4-story boutique mixed-use building at the southern end of Rockefeller Plaza just off Fifth Avenue. The building’s eye catching and unique facade fenestration along with its double-height portal set it apart from its neighbors, which significantly improved the streetscape.
