A commercial renovation that included a 14-story office space expansion, plaza and roof terrace overhaul, new amenity spaces, tenant meeting spaces, retail expansion, tenant bike access, tenant fitness opportunities, and a complete ground floor/elevator lobby enhancement. The project also consisted of a complete common core bathroom renovation.
